Product development hasn't been kind to the London Underground as of late. Stations are still quite cramped, tickets are still a bit pricey, and the trains are still quite old. However, one area where product development has been quite good is in the area of innovation. For example, the Tube now has WiFi in all of its stations, as well as live updates on train times and delays. In addition, contactless payment is now accepted on all trains and buses, making it easier than ever to get around London. As product development continues, the London Underground is likely to become even more user-friendly and efficient.
