Carbon-carbon Composites

Carbon-carbon composites (CCC) are made of carbon fibres or filaments bonded together with a carbon matrix. They are extremely strong and stiff, making them ideal for use in product development where these properties are required. Carbon-carbon composites can be made using several different methods, including weaving, knitting, braiding, and 3D printing. The production process is also relatively simple and can be completed using readily available materials. As a result, CCCs are becoming increasingly popular for a wide variety of applications. In addition to their structural properties, CCCs also have excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. This makes them well suited for use in electrical and mechanical engineering applications. With their outstanding properties and easy production, it is likely that we will see more and more carbon-carbon composites being used in the future.
